Trial and billing details
Seven-day trial
7-day free trial on up to 2 connections. A payment card is required to start the trial. The card is not charged until the trial ends.
You choose monthly or annual billing before you activate a connection, and the seven days start at activation. When they end, the card is charged for the cycle you chose, at your per-connection rate — £50 for the month or £500 for the year at the standard rate — unless you cancel first.
Stripe billing
Billing is handled by Stripe.
Prices include VAT. £50 and £500 are the totals you pay, with nothing added at checkout.
Cancellation
Cancel a connection yourself in your Enstap account at app.enstap.com. You do not need to contact support to cancel.
There is no notice period. By default the cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly or annual period you have already paid for: the connection keeps working until that date and then does not renew, and the part-period already paid for is not automatically refunded. You can reverse a scheduled cancellation at any point before it takes effect, or ask us to remove the connection immediately instead, in which case monitoring and future billing stop at once and the unused time is not automatically refunded.
Adding or removing a connection
Each connection has its own billing period. A connection you add mid-cycle starts its own full monthly or annual period with its own renewal date, rather than being aligned or pro-rated to a connection you already have, and your first eligible connection may start with the seven-day trial instead of an immediate charge. A connection you remove stays active until its own paid period ends and then does not renew, or you can have it removed immediately; in neither case is unused paid time automatically refunded. Your other connections keep their own paid periods and renewal dates.
