Information you provide
The Enterprise request form collects the representative and organisation information shown in the form, connection estimates, stated goals, contact preferences and consent evidence. When present, it also records the page path, the referring site's host and the `utm_campaign` value, plus the browser's time zone. Enstap uses this information to assess the request, contact the representative and plan a possible demonstration or enterprise rollout. A separate, optional choice covers occasional product news.
The form first checks whether there are at least five known connections. If the known total is lower, it recommends the standard trial before asking for contact details. For abuse prevention, a salted hash of the IP address is held in server memory only for rate limiting; it is not stored with the request. Unsubmitted form details are kept only in session storage in the current browser tab for up to two hours. An accepted request is stored in the Enstap application; this marketing website does not add a separate lead database.
Creating a standard account, connecting a source and paying all happen in the application at app.enstap.com.

The Response Rules Builder and Reply checker run in your browser. They do not send your answers or reply text to an AI service or store them.
Connected reviews
Enstap reads reviews and publishes replies for connections you authorise. Replies publish under a rule you set or after your approval. Sensitive and unmatched reviews escalate to a person.
Connected social accounts
Social Inbox is in development and testing. No Facebook Page or Instagram professional account can be connected yet. This section describes what Enstap will receive once you connect one, so you can see it before you decide.
When you connect an account you authorise Enstap through Meta's own sign-in. Enstap does not receive or store your Facebook or Instagram password. Enstap works only with the accounts you select and only while that authorisation lasts.
Through Meta's official APIs, Enstap receives: the identity and details of the connected Page or professional account; supported messages and their conversation context; supported comments, replies, mentions and tags involving that account; the delivery, permission and connection status of the integration; and the response actions an authorised person or a workflow you permitted asks Enstap to send.
That information is used to show your interactions in one workspace, keep conversations threaded, judge priority and risk, assign work to your team, prepare responses, send the responses you authorise, keep the service secure, diagnose faults and meet legal obligations. Enstap does not receive personal profiles, unrelated timelines or private content belonging to people outside your connected business accounts.
You decide which accounts to connect and you must have authority to connect them. For the interactions received through them, your business decides what is done and Enstap acts on your behalf. Disconnecting an account ends Enstap's access immediately; deletion of data already held is a separate request, described in the Data Deletion Instructions.
Providers and location
Core application processing takes place in the UK. Certain specialist service providers, including our AI provider, may process data outside the UK or EEA under appropriate contractual safeguards. Email support@enstap.com for details of the safeguards that apply.
Enstap uses service providers in these categories: cloud infrastructure and storage, authentication, AI processing, email delivery and payment processing. No analytics provider is used.
Enstap does not use customer or review data to train its own AI models. Reviews and drafts are processed by third-party AI services to produce classifications and draft replies, under those services’ own data policies.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal and review data only for as long as we need it to provide Enstap and to meet our legal, security and operational obligations. How long that is varies by the type of data.
Contact support@enstap.com to request access, correction or deletion. The Data Deletion Instructions page sets out exactly what to send. Do not include customer records or credentials in your initial message. Disconnecting ends source access; deletion is a separate request. Some billing, security and audit records may need to be kept after a deletion request.

Enstap uses no analytics provider on this website. No analytics script and no analytics cookie is loaded.
