Social Inbox
Coming soon
Connect the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts your business already manages, and work through the messages, comments, mentions and tags they receive from one place, with your team and your rules around them.
Social Inbox is in development and testing. No Facebook Page or Instagram account can be connected yet, and nothing on this page is available to customers today. This page describes what Social Inbox will do so that anyone reviewing it, including Meta, can see exactly which authorised data it would use and why.
Social Inbox is built around the interactions your connected business accounts actually receive.
Conversations sent to a connected Page, through the Messenger capabilities the platform supports for that Page.
Direct messages to a connected Instagram professional account, where the platform supports them for that account.
Comments and replies on content published by the connected business account, where those are exposed to the account.
Mentions and tags involving the connected business account that the official APIs make available to it.
The name, identifier and related content details needed to tell one connected account from another and to attach an interaction to the right conversation.
What you can see and do depends on the eligibility of the account, the permissions you grant, Meta’s platform rules and what its official APIs make available. Enstap handles supported interactions involving the business accounts you connect. It does not read private profiles or the unrelated activity of the people who contact you.
You sign in through Meta and authorise the Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts you want Enstap to handle. You never give Enstap your Facebook or Instagram password.
You select only the business accounts Enstap should work with. Anything you do not select stays outside Enstap.
Supported messages, comments, replies, mentions and tags from the accounts you connected appear together in one workspace, instead of in several apps.
Enstap helps you prioritise, assign and prepare replies. Your authorised team decides what is sent, under the rules you set and the permissions the platform allows.
You never hand Enstap your social-media password, and you can disconnect an account whenever you choose.
Enstap prepares the reply. A person decides what is sent.
Enstap does not promise perfect sentiment detection, a resolved complaint or compliance on your behalf. It helps your team answer faster with the context in front of them.
Each category below exists to run the service you have asked for, and nothing is collected that Social Inbox would not use.
To show which business accounts you have connected and to tell them apart in your workspace.
To show a conversation in one place, keep its thread together, assign it to someone and prepare a relevant reply.
To surface interactions involving your connected business account so your team can answer them.
To show whether a connection is working and to tell you when it needs reconnecting.
To send a reply only when an authorised person, or a workflow you configured and permitted, asks for it.
Read the Privacy notice for the full account of what is processed and why, the Data Deletion Instructions to have data removed, and the Terms for the conditions of use. For anything else, email support@enstap.com.
Enstap is not endorsed, certified or approved by Meta. Business verification with a platform is not an endorsement of this product.
Business Pages you are authorised to manage. Enstap does not connect personal Facebook profiles.
Eligible Instagram professional accounts, Business or Creator, where supported and authorised. Personal Instagram profiles are not eligible.
Yes. You choose which eligible accounts to connect, and each one is handled separately in your workspace. Connecting an account does not give Enstap control of your Meta Business Portfolio.
No. You authorise Enstap through Meta’s own sign-in, and your password is never given to Enstap.
No. Enstap works with the business accounts you authorise and the supported data attached to them. It does not read personal profiles, unrelated timelines or private content belonging to anyone else.
Supported messages, comments, replies, mentions and tags involving your connected business accounts, where supported and authorised. Meta’s APIs decide what is available, so not every interaction is necessarily exposed.
Not in the first release. Enstap prepares a response and a person reviews it before it is sent. Sensitive and high-risk cases are always held for a person.
The connection stops working and Enstap shows that it needs reconnecting. Enstap cannot read or send for an account it is no longer authorised to use.
Disconnect it from your Enstap workspace, or remove Enstap’s access from your Meta settings. Access ends immediately. Disconnecting on its own does not delete data Enstap already holds.
Follow the data deletion instructions and email support@enstap.com. Deletion is a separate request from disconnecting.
