Product
From incoming review to a recorded decision.
Works with Google Business Profile, Apple App Store and Google Play. More sources on the way.
One inbox across sources
Read location and app reviews together. Each review keeps its source, connection and route visible. Your team can see what published, what needs approval and what was escalated.
Three reviews. Three routes.
Example data“Friendly team. Everything ran on time.”Published automatically
Matched your rule: routine praise.
Thank you for your review. We’re glad the team looked after you.
“Useful app, but finding saved items takes a while.”Needs your approvalPublished by your approval
Matched your rule: product suggestions.
Draft in your voicePublished example reply
Thank you for the feedback. We’ll share your suggestion about saved items with the product team.
Waiting for your decision. No reply has been published.
Published by your approval. The reply and decision are recorded in the example activity log.
“I think someone else can access my account.”Escalated to a person
Matched your rule: account security.
Held for Jordan, the security lead. No draft is published.
Drafting in your voice
Set your tone, preferred wording and reply boundaries once. Every connection inherits your Brand Voice. Override it for a location or app when its audience needs something different.
Drafting in your voice example
Example dataTone: warm, concise, British English
Use: thank the reviewer; explain the next step
Avoid: private customer details; unverified promises
Rules you control
Your Review Handling Policy decides the route. Routine praise can publish under a rule you set. Suggestions wait for approval. Sensitive cases and anything the rules do not cover escalate to a named person.
Rules you control example
Example dataRoutine praise → Published automatically
Product suggestions → Needs your approval
No match or sensitive concern → Escalated to a person
Approval queue
Read the review beside its drafted reply. Edit the wording, add private context or approve. Approval records your decision and the text that was published.
Approval queue example
Example dataReview: useful app, but saved items are hard to find
Draft: thank the reviewer and share their suggestion
Decision: awaiting your approval
Escalations
Health, safety, legal, discrimination and refund concerns go to a person. Unsupported language, unclear reviews and degraded connections also escalate. Nothing is published while the case waits.
Escalations example
Example dataAccount access concern
Owner: Jordan, security lead
Held. No reply published.
Themes into issues

Team and locations
Give teams responsibility for their connections. Brand settings are inherited across locations and apps, with local overrides when needed. Review recurring themes across connections and send issues to the team that owns them.
